EIP Associates (EIP) is a full-service environmental and urban planning consulting firm. Founded in 1968, we are celebrating 34 years of experience serving both public- and private-sector clients throughout California. Our staff is comprised of some of California’s leading environmental analysts, urban planners, land use analysts, biologists, geologists, hydrologists, economists, and public policy analysts who all believe that hands-on project involvement is a critical element in producing high-quality, site-specific work products.
