Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree in environmental science/biology or related science field
-Three - six years experience in biological monitoring and mitigation measures
-Experience with California flora and fauna and local species
-Experience working on a linear construction project required. NEPA/CEQA knowledge required

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the development, review and approval of processes and procedures for mitigation measure preparation
-Development of a plan for environmental support and compliance
-Identification of the process and development procedures for mitigation measure variance requests
-Development of procedures for training for environmental compliance
-Preparation of exhibits, notices, and descriptions of construction activities
-Provide support of the acquisition of temporary use of property required for marshalling yards, material storage
-Verify, record and report compliance with license requirements, including environmental compliance with mitigation requirements.

60% of the time will be spent in the field.
