Rosenheim & Associates, Inc., a land use planning, consulting and entitlement firm located in the west San Fernando Valley, is currently recruiting for an Intern to assist staff in the preparation, processing and coordination of land use and building permit applications and related documents; research and analysis; site visits; administrative tasks (filing, copying, etc.); and, attendance at client and community meetings.
We are seeking a strategic-thinking and problem-solving individual who either has or is pursuing a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree. Candidates must have effective and persuasive communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Ideal candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
