Matrix Environmental (Stephanie Eyestone-Jones/Bruce Lackow) seeks entry to senior level individuals to support air quality technical studies related to industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale land use development projects.  Responsibilities include preparing CEQA/NEPA documentation, emissions inventories, pollutant concentration impact analysis, health risk assessments, and permit applications.  Candidates should have excellent math/computer/ communication skills and knowledge of CEQA/NEPA.
