Behnisch, Behnisch & Partner-- founded in 1989 as a spin-off of Behnisch & Partner--is an internationally renowned full-service practice with a distinguished history, working under the leadership of Stefan Behnisch and (since 1997) Günther Schaller in Stuttgart, and Christof Jantzen, Associate AIA, in the Los Angeles office. Notable projects include the Norddeutsche Landesbank (Nord LB) in Hanover, Germany; the Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research in Toronto; The St. Benno Grammar School in Dresden, Germany; and the Institute for Forestry and Nature Research in Wageningen, The Netherlands. The firm works in both the public and private sectors and has an excellent record in architectural competitions, where the majority of its commissions are gained.
