The APA Planning Awards took place the evening of Wednesday, June 17, in the beautiful Gold Room at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Built in 1931, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium hosts Broadway musicals, world class ballet, symphony orchestras and celebrity speakers as well as the Prime Time Emmy Awards, the People's Choice Awards, and American Idol. This classic building, a key feature of the Pasadena Civic Center, is the perfect setting to recognize last year's Landmark Award recipient: the stellar restoration of historic Pasadena City Hall.
Please join us in recognizing innovative individuals, plans, and planning efforts at the American Planning Association, Los Angeles Section 2009 Awards Ceremony and Reception.
